We started the corn sweeteners business in 1998 and were the pioneer of the industry. With the continued development of the Group, Global Sweeteners Holdings Limited spun off from the parent company, Global Bio-chem Technology Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 00809.HK) and became listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 20 September 2007 (Stock Code: 03889.HK). The Company was listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation on 25 March 2010 through the listing of Taiwan Depositary Receipts (“TDR”) (Stock Code: 913889.TW). On 29 December, TDR of the Company was delisted on the Taiwan Exchange Corporation.
