To strengthen Global Sweeteners’ leading position in the sweeteners industry, the Group continues to develop new products and strives to enhance the properties of existing products, including exploring new applications of the products. As such, a considerable amount of resources are ploughed in product research and development carried out by the professional research and development team for quality control (“R&D team”).
The R&D team comprises experts in the related fields, with extensive experience. The researches conducted by the R&D team focus on the enhancement of quality control, improvement of production techniques and development of new products applications.
In the long run, the Group aims at providing sweeteners or related products with a wide range of applications. This could be done by the in-house R&D team in collaboration with various universities or institutes, or with other global giants in the industry.
